Reset password

Go to app.cluber.es and click on "Forgot your password?".

  • Enter the phone number you used to register in Cluber and click the "Continue" button.
  • Select the option "Send by email" and click "Send code". If you don’t have email, other options like WhatsApp will appear.
  • Enter the activation code you received and click "Confirm code".
  • Create your new password.

Update payment method

Once you have logged into your Cluber profile:

  • Click on your name (located in the left-hand menu) to open your personal details.
  • Select the "Payment methods" option.
  • On this screen you will see your current method. To update it, click the blue "Change payment method" button.

Schedule charges for athletes

Follow these steps to automate seasonal payments.

  • Go to People > Athletes in the main side menu and select the athletes by ticking the checkboxes. Click the Actions button and choose Schedule charges.
  • By default, the system distributes charges based on the selected membership fee, scheduling the first one four days later. The club can customise each charge by editing the description, amount and date.
  • Once reviewed, click Send.

Manage event access

Follow these steps to manage access control.

  • Open the Cluber App, go to Access control and select the relevant event from the list.
  • Tap the QR scanner button at the bottom. Scan the attendee’s QR code with your device camera.
  • If the ticket is valid, the message "Access granted" will appear in green next to the attendee’s name. Data is recorded and capacity updates in real time.
